The Government of Nepal may at any time appoint a team of officers to inspect Nepalese vessels registered in accordance with this Act and investigate the work of organized organizations that arrange for the operation of such vessels.
(2) According to this Act, the Government of Nepal may order a deadline of at least fifteen days for the submission of necessary details and reports on work progress of the organized organization that arranges the operation of ships and in case of such an order, the head person of the related organization shall submit such details or report. It will be a duty.
